Re-Training Workshop for Eco-tourism Guides in Qazvin Held

Iran Charter conducted a re-training workshop for eco-tourism guides in Qazvin. The primary purpose of this workshop was to enhance the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of the region’s tourism guides. The guides visited various tourist sites in Qazvin province during this workshop.

The Agricultural Museum in the village of Dehkin Alamut, the Medicinal Plants Research Center in the village of Zarrabad, the Agricultural Tourism Complex of Bagh Serkhani, Imamzadeh Ali Asghar Zarrabad, and the registered plane tree located in this area were among the places visited during this workshop. Throughout the event, instruction on the history and benefits of medicinal plants, the environment and habitats of local wildlife, and sustainable tourism were delivered by experts and specialists in the field.

Mr. Mohammadi stated that 25 active tourism guides from the province participated in this educational course and received participation certificates for the Re-Training Workshop for Eco-tourism Guides in Qazvin.
